From a skeptic to a believer

I’m going to be honest with you — I was never one of those people. You know, the ones who believe in oils, tinctures, and all those little glass dropper bottles full of mystery herbs. I used to roll my eyes when people talked about “cleansing” or “detoxing.” I figured if it didn’t come from a pharmacy, it probably didn’t work.
But at some point, I had to face the truth: I wasn’t doing well.
Every single day I was dragging. Exhausted beyond what sleep could fix. My brain felt like it was constantly under a thick fog, and no amount of coffee could clear it. I was bloated almost all the time—uncomfortable in my own skin, literally. And to top it off, I was dealing with insomnia. Every night, I’d lie awake, completely drained from the day, but unable to fall asleep. I was running on empty in every possible way.
My sister had been gently nudging me for a while to try her Back to Genesis Parasite Cleanse Kit. She swore by it. But I kept putting it off. Oils? Tinctures? That was her thing—not mine. But eventually, I hit a wall. Nothing was working, and I didn’t want to live like this anymore.
So, I gave in.
I started the cleanse and made the commitment to eat only the foods that matched my blood type. Let me just say—it was not easy. Old habits are hard to break. I had to rethink every meal, every snack, every bite. And those tinctures? Let’s just say they’re not winning any taste tests. But they were bearable, and I reminded myself this was about healing, not luxury.
And then… something changed.
Slowly, but surely, the bloat started to disappear. I began sleeping through the night for the first time in what felt like years. I was waking up actually rested. The brain fog lifted. I could focus again. I had energy again. And I even started to lose weight—without counting calories or killing myself at the gym.
I was shocked. The person who once rolled her eyes at all things “natural” was starting to feel… well, naturally healthy.
Now, I’m a firm believer—not just in this cleanse, but in the truth that God really did give us everything we need from the beginning. He gave us herbs, plants, and pure foods to care for our bodies the right way. I’ve seen firsthand what happens when you give your body what it was designed to have—and take away the things that don’t serve it.
This cleanse changed my life. And I never thought I’d be the one saying that.
If you’re skeptical like I was… good. That means you’re thoughtful. But sometimes, the thing you doubt the most turns out to be the answer you’ve been searching for all along.
