At Back to Genesis, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and in a timely manner. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally, but we hope to expand in the future.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may vary based on order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected.

 

Please note: Shipping costs are subject to change at any time. As shipping carriers adjust their rates and the cost of packaging and postage increases, we reserve the right to adjust our shipping fees accordingly.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Back to Genesis is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to errors by the postal service or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If an issue arises, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
