Burdock Root

Dandelion Leaf

BREWING / SUGGESTED USE

Add 1–2 teaspoons of loose-leaf tea per 8 ounces of hot water.

Steep for atleast 15 minutes, but best after 4-6 hours depending on your desired strength.

Strain the loose herbs before drinking.

Enjoy warm, or allow to cool and serve over ice.

Drink as part of a balanced wellness routine while maintaining adequate daily hydration.
