The key benefits of the combinations of Black Walnut, Cloves, and Wormwood are their ability to expel various kinds of worms and parasites that live in the body. Black Walnut oxygenates the blood which helps to kill parasites. Doing a parasite cleanse the correct way is a combination of eating clean for your blood type, taking the correct amount of herbs and making sure it covers the correct amount of time needed to cover all stages of parasites.
I highly recommend understanding what foods are best for your blood type and understanding what food is meant to do for your body. The environment in your body needs to be clean and alkaline.
It is recommended to stretch this out over 3 cycles. It takes that long at least, for all stages of the parasites to die. As the parasite cleanse works and it kills the parasites, you may experience die-off symptoms. This can be flu-like symptoms, headaches, loose bowels, sweating, rashes and mucus overload. Start with the alkaline tea, if the symptoms aren’t getting any better, then take activated charcoal or bentonite clay. (1/2 to 1 tsp- 1-2x a day)
Digestive Bitters can be used to help with nausea, indigestion, or an upset stomach.
Again, most importantly, what you eat and how long you do the parasite cleanse is the most important part.
Designate at least 1.5 months and commit yourself to eating clean according to your blood type and based off of the Mediterranean Diet the whole time.
Start off with 30 drops of the parasite cleanse 3x a day. If your body handles it okay for 3 days, then you can increase to 60-90 drops 3x a day. Drink Alkaline tea daily and Digestive Bitters as needed.
Choose vegetables and fruits that are more alkaline and help detox your body.
Recommended schedule is: 7-10 days on cleanse, 4 day break… for 3 cycles.
DO NOT TAKE CLEANSE MORE THAN 10 DAYS IN A ROW!
