FOOD & LIFESTYLE DURING YOUR CLEANSE

We recommend making whole, minimally processed foods the foundation of your routine. Focus on vegetables, fruits, quality proteins, healthy fats, adequate fiber, and plenty of water.

A Mediterranean-style eating pattern rich in vegetables, fruits, herbs, legumes, nuts, seeds, healthy fats, and minimally processed foods can provide a nutritious foundation during your wellness routine.

DIRECTIONS / SUGGESTED USE

Parasite Cleanse Tincture

30 drops, 3 times daily for the first 3 days.

Then 60–90 drops, 3 times daily, if well tolerated.

Do not use the Parasite Cleanse Tincture for more than 10 consecutive days.

7–10 days of use → 4-day break → repeat for up to 3 cycles.

Do not exceed the recommended serving or duration.

Alkaline Tea

Drink according to the preparation and serving instructions provided with your Alkaline Tea.

Digestive Bitters

Use according to the directions provided on the Digestive Bitters product label.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Do not use the Parasite Cleanse Tincture during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not give this formula to young children.

Wormwood contains naturally occurring compounds, including thujone, and should not be taken continuously or in amounts exceeding the recommended serving.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning this regimen if you have a medical condition, take prescription medications, have liver or kidney concerns, have a seizure disorder, or use other dietary supplements.

Black walnut is not appropriate for individuals with a tree-nut allergy.

Because this routine contains multiple herbs and herbal products, medication interactions are possible.

Do not assume that headaches, diarrhea, rashes, sweating, flu-like symptoms, or other new symptoms are evidence that the cleanse is "working." Stop use and contact an appropriate healthcare professional if you develop significant, persistent, or concerning symptoms.
