Senna- Senna tea is primarily known for its laxative properties and is often used to relieve constipation. It works by stimulating the muscles in the intestines, which helps to promote bowel movements. While it can be effective for short-term relief of constipation. Senna has an astringent toning effect on the digestive system and also effectively cleans the elimination system.

Uva Ursi- Uva ursi is most commonly recognized for its use in treating UTIs. It's believed to help by reducing bacteria in the urine and increasing urine flow. The active component, arbutin, converts to hydroquinone, which has antibacterial properties, particularly effective in alkaline urine. Uva ursi acts as a diuretic, helping to increase urine flow and flush the urinary system. Uva Ursi is considered a digestive stimulant. Some sources suggest uva ursi may have anti-inflammatory properties, potentially aiding in reducing swelling and inflammation.
