Ingredients:
*Passionflower is traditionally used for its potential to promote relaxation, relieve anxiety, and improve sleep. Studies suggest that drinking passionflower tea may improve sleep quality and duration, particularly for individuals with insomnia. Passionflower may help soothe digestive issues like indigestion and irritability by relaxing the muscles of the gastrointestinal tract.
*Chamomile offers various potential health benefits, including improved sleep, reduced anxiety, digestion relief, and immune support. It also known for its anti- inflammatory properties, which may help with menstrual discomfort and overall well-being. It may also soothe stomach pain, relax muscles, and improve digestion by settling gas and reducing bloating.
*Valerian root is primary sedative and is used when sleep disorders are the result of anxiety, nervousness, exhaustion, headache or hysteria. It is said to possibly help treat stomach cramps and help with insomnia. It was approved in Germany as an effective mild sedative. It works by increasing the amount of GABA in the brain. Valerian has an influence on the cerebrospinal system and is employed as a possible sedative of the primary nerve centers for afflictions such as St. Vitus Dance, nervous unrest, neuralgia pain, epileptic fits, hysteria, restlessness, and wakefulness. Nature’s tranquilizer-Valerian may calm nerves without the side effects of unorthodox drugs.
*Catnip tea may help promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve sleep quality. It may aid in digestion by stimulating the production of digestive enzymes and
reducing gas and bloating. Its calming properties may also help alleviate anxiety and insomnia. Catnip may also help relieve menstrual cramps and other symptoms associated with menstruation.
*Lavender is known for its calming effects and is why lavender is often used as a sleep aid. Lavender may soothe an upset stomach and reduce bloating. It is believed to have some anti-inflammatory effects and immune-supporting properties.
